Workforce Development (Barista Source AcademyThrough Barista Source Academy, Tiers Free Academy offers specialized workforce development programs tailored for young adults, including individuals with intellectual disabilities. Middle School Support (Grades 6–8Our Middle School Support Program bridges the gap between elementary and high school with a trauma-informed, skill-building approach. Flexible pacing ensures that students build confidence while preparing for the challenges of high school.
Career & Technical Education (CTE)Students can prepare for the workforce while still completing their high school diploma. Our Career & Technical Education options offer practical, real-world skills training in industries that lead to living-wage careers. From business and health sciences to information technology and skilled trades, students graduate ready to enter the workforce or pursue further technical education.
