Leadership Team

Tiers Free Academy Homeschool Cooperative is guided by the leadership of Dr. Annise Mabry, Founder and Program Director, and Jessica Hembree, Cooperative Administrator. Together, they provide program oversight, administrative coordination, and guidance to families navigating the homeschool high school journey. Their leadership supports the development of structured resources, clear academic documentation practices, and the operational framework that helps families successfully complete their homeschool program through Tiers Free.

Award-winning author, education reformer, and advocate for at-risk youth, Dr. Mabry leads Tiers Free Academy with vision, compassion, and a commitment to innovation.
Jessica Hembree
Homeschool Cooperative Administrator
